Clearing rubble and track blocks
Searches for rubble, a block on the track, and “how to destroy a building” land on the same few threads. The sources establish one quest barricade; they do not establish a universal demolition tool.

What I checked
I used the crowbar thread, the Russian barricade thread, and the developer reply. I did not find an official key bind for “destroy building”. I am not inventing a hold-to-dismantle prompt.
The block on the track
Players describe a barricade the crowbar will not touch until a basement and a relic are done. The developer, on the Rite of Descent thread, says the legal interaction is an orange highlight and left click, and that a co-op partner has to be at the same quest. A two-player report says the pile still does not move. Read the rite page before you burn an hour retrying the same swing.
Rubble and buildings
The crowbar thread says loose debris is also ignored by the tool before the quest. I do not have a second source that names a different tool for “destroy this building”. Workbenches are a special case: a developer reply says they have durability and are repaired with a makeshift wrench, and another thread says cold speeds that wear up. That is maintenance, not demolition.
Logs for building, as opposed to breaking, are on the logs page. The forest looking full of wood is not the same problem as a blocked rail.

How do you clear rubble in Frostrail?
For the named quest barricade, a developer describes left-clicking an orange highlight after reaching the quest. The cited threads do not establish how to remove every kind of rubble.
How do you destroy a building?
No general building-demolition control was found in the cited sources. The quest barricade instructions do not establish how to destroy buildings.
There is a block on the track and we are two players.
The developer says both of you must reach the Rite of Descent. A bug report says that is still not enough.
