Frostrail community and developer contact

Bug reports and balance arguments belong with the studio. This page lists the addresses they have published. Mail to this website does not reach FakeFish.

Page sources: Steam discussion: six-hour feedback and developer survey link (accessed ) · Steam store page, Frostrail (App 3517740) (accessed ) · Sources

Evidence note: The same publisher’s Steam store, API and news posts are not independent sources; information from that publisher alone remains single-source evidence. Community and fan reports remain attributed reports, not official confirmation. This page does not claim that every statement has been verified by two independent sources.

What I checked

I copied the support email from the Steam support_info field, the Discord invite from the April 2025 FAQ, and the survey link from a developer reply on a demo feedback thread. I opened the YouTube channel page enough to confirm the trailers are posted by Shiro Games.

Developer replies, bug reports and demo feedback are public in the Steam discussion hub. Community workarounds remain reports, not official fixes.

A developer reply on a six-hour feedback thread links the demo survey at surveymonkey.com/r/Q5RRFG8. The subreddit players use is r/Frostrail. Trailers are on the Shiro Games YouTube channel.
